Thank you for visiting my portfolio website. I’m an illustrator and visualization professional based in Roanoke, Virginia, with over 25 years of experience working with planners, landscape architects, architects, engineers, interior designers, and developers.
Background
Over the course of my career, I’ve collaborated with a wide range of organizations across the Southeast and mid-Atlantic, both as a freelance consultant and as part of several excellent planning and design firms. These experiences have shaped a process centered on responsiveness and the ability to communicate design ideas in a clear and engaging way.
What I Do
I provide visual communication services for planning and design professionals, including:
• Hand-sketch concept illustrations (often created during live charrette sessions)
• Watercolor illustrations
• Digital renderings and visualizations
In addition, I offer comprehensive visual assessment services including:
• Lidar-based viewshed analysis (mapping)
• Resource inventory mapping
• Field reconnaissance and photography
• Report writing and documentation
